Built on Transparency, Driven by Results

Since 2018, we've been helping Australian investors make sense of complex financial data. Not through magic formulas or overnight transformations—but through honest analysis and reporting that actually reflects what's happening in your portfolio.

We started because too many investors were getting polished reports that looked impressive but told them nothing useful. Our founder, Callum Thistlewood, spent years watching clients struggle to connect their actual financial position with what their reports claimed.

What We Actually Do

We take your investment data and turn it into reports that make sense. That sounds simple, but most financial reporting drowns you in charts that obscure rather than clarify. We focus on what matters: where your money is, how it's performing, and what factors are affecting those results.

Our team works with superannuation funds, private investors, and financial advisors across New South Wales and Queensland. The reports we prepare get used in real decision-making—not filed away because nobody understood them.

We don't manage investments. We don't offer financial advice. We prepare accurate reports that show what's actually happening with your investments so you can work with your advisor to make informed decisions.

How We Work With Clients

Every investor needs different information. Some want quarterly overviews, others need monthly breakdowns by sector. We shape our reporting around what you actually need to see—not a standardized template we apply to everyone.

Data Collection

We work with your existing platforms and custodians. Most of our clients provide secure access to their investment accounts, and we pull data directly. For others, we work with spreadsheets or monthly statements—whatever system you're already using.

Analysis Period

Depending on your reporting schedule, we spend between three and five business days analyzing your portfolio movements. We're checking for accuracy, identifying patterns, and preparing commentary that explains what changed and why.

Report Delivery

You receive a formatted report with clear sections: portfolio summary, performance by asset class, comparison to relevant benchmarks, and any significant movements that need explanation. We use plain language—not industry jargon that requires translation.

Real Example From 2024

One of our clients—a family trust with holdings across property, equities, and fixed interest—was getting quarterly reports from their platform that showed total values but no meaningful analysis.

When we started working with them in March 2024, we restructured their reporting to show performance by asset class with commentary on market factors affecting each sector. By September, they'd used our analysis to rebalance their portfolio, moving 15% out of overweight property positions into underrepresented international equities.

The trust didn't suddenly become more profitable. But the trustees could actually understand what was happening with their investments and make decisions based on current information rather than last quarter's summary numbers.

That's what useful reporting does—it gives you the information you need when you need to make decisions.

Questions Clients Ask

These come up in almost every initial conversation. If you're wondering about something else, contact us directly.

Getting Started

Do you need access to my investment accounts?

We prefer secure read-only access because it's faster and more accurate. But if you'd rather provide statements or exports, that works too. We adapt to what you're comfortable with.

How long before I receive my first report?

Usually within seven business days of receiving your data. The first report takes longer because we're setting up your profile and understanding your portfolio structure.

Ongoing Service

Can I change reporting frequency?

Absolutely. Most clients start with quarterly reports and adjust based on what's useful. Some move to monthly during active portfolio changes, others stay quarterly.

What if I disagree with your analysis?

Contact us. We're analyzing data and market factors, not making investment recommendations. If our interpretation doesn't match your understanding, we'll review it together and adjust our commentary if needed.
